According to Gerry Fraley of the Dallas Morning News, the Red Sox have signed reliever Koji Uehara.
It'll be a one-year deal. Uehara registered a dominant 1.75 ERA, 0.64 WHIP and 43/3 K/BB ratio in 36 innings this past season for the Rangers. The 37-year-old should do very well in a setup role for Boston.
