Reds general manager Walt Jocketty said Monday that he hasn't discussed a trade with the Rockies for Dexter Fowler or with the Athletics for Coco Crisp.
That doesn't mean it won't happen, but perhaps their reported interest in the outfielders is overblown. The Reds would like to add a center fielder, preferably one that can bat leadoff, but it appears that their top priority right now is to re-sign Ryan Ludwick. They'll meet with Ludwick's agent Tuesday.
