Randy Wolf felt elbow pain during his start Saturday against the Red Sox and has been given a cortisone shot.
The Orioles are optimistic that the left-hander will be ready to go on Friday. Wolf has registered a 5.28 ERA, 1.57 WHIP and 8/7 K/BB ratio in 15 1/3 innings this season.
