Jimenez walked three and struck out three. The Royals jumped on him for a pair of runs in the first inning, then added three more in the fifth. With the loss, Ubaldo falls to an unthinkable 9-17 on the season, with a horrifying 5.55 ERA. He'll look for better results when he takes on these same Royals at home on Friday.
