Strop earned his 12th hold of the season by working out of a jam in the eighth inning against the Brewers on Tuesday. Some expected Strop to close this year for the Cubs, but he's thrived as a setup man, striking out 49 in 44.2 innings and pulling down a 2.62 ERA and 1.07 WHIP.
