Reds purchased the contract of OF Roger Bernadina from Triple-A Louisville. Bernadina was jut designated for assignment over the weekend, but he's back now that Jay Bruce (knee) has been placed on the disabled list. The 29-year-old is batting just .143/.294/.179 in 23 games this season.
