Patrick Corbin is scheduled to undergo Tommy John reconstructive elbow surgery on Monday. The procedure will be performed by Dr. James Andrews. Corbin tore the ulnar collateral ligament in his left elbow in a March 15 Cactus League game and can be ruled out for the entire 2014 season. He might also need a late start to the 2015 campaign.
