Pacheco was outrighted to Triple-A Reno on Monday. The 28-year-old batted .272 in 47 games after joining the Diamondbacks in mid-June, but it was an empty number, as he slugged just .321 and drew a mere three walks in 85 plate appearances. Perhaps he'll receive an invite to attend major league spring training, but Pacheco may be hard-pressed to return to the majors with Arizona now that he's off the 40-man roster.
