Plouffe left Wednesday's game after hitting his left forearm on A.J. Pollock's knee as Pollock was sliding into third base, the Star Tribune's LaVelle E. Neal reports. He was replaced by Eduardo Nunez at third and should be considered day-to-day until more about the injury is revealed in the coming days.
