I noticed that support is constantly having to tell clients that this is the wrong forum for posting certain questions, etc.. It looks like the issue comes because when you click on the forums link under the drop down (question mark icon), it takes you directly to Help and Support instead of the main directory of forums. Just a thought.
For instance i have to click back in the progression >> FORUMS>> Help and Support in order to find the main directory or notice that is. Just saying i can see how 1st time users make the mistake of posting comments and questions in the incorrect forums.
I just did that as well. Totally agree.^^^^^^
