Marshawn Lynch rushed for 109 yards and a touchdown on 32 carries and caught five passes for 58 yards in the Seahawks' Week 10 upset of the Ravens, 22-17. Seattle has three wins on the season, two of them coming against the Ravens and Giants. Pete Carroll's roster may be the least talented in football, but he gets them to play awfully hard. Lynch, in particular, ran ferociously on Sunday, grinding out yards on a career-high 37 touches. (His previous high was 33.) Lynch has now gotten the football a league-high 68 times over his past two games. His per-play averages continue to be mediocre, but he can maintain RB2/flex value if the workloads keep up. He's got the Rams next on the slate.

No Kidding! I'm starting him in the flex the rest of the season.

Should be a solid RB1 against the Rams this week.

I dunno, his line is demolished. I have him as my starter since Foster on a bye. I feel screwed lol But my only other guy is Jackie Battle ;/

Now that Carpenter is out at RT and Mofit at RG it could a little more dicey. I don't think the dropoff on the line is too huge though.

He doesnt gash the defense. He chops away at it. He gets a lot of touches because the alternative is T. Jack throwing the ball with a bad shoulder and pck. Bottom line Lynch is all they got.
