Raiders signed K Dave Rayner, formely of the Cowboys. You can officially rule out Sebastian Janikowski (hamstring) for Week 7. The Raiders are on bye in Week 8, so it's possible Rayner's stint with the team will last all of one week. You should be able to find a better Janikowski fill-in on the waiver wire.
