Chargers RBs coach Ollie Wilson believes there's still a chance Ryan Mathews (groin) will play this week.
"I'm not so sure he's not going to play," Wilson said. "... He's already fought through a couple things and came back. No matter how much he's been hurt, he's shown to me that he's got a lot of toughness. He's a tough kid." Mike Tolbert is expected to lead the backfield in touches this week even if Mathews finds a way to play. We remain skeptical that Mathews will suit up.
